Hand UP for Change Auction
Date and Location TBD
You can bid on more than 300 items ahead of the holiday season without leaving your home. This online auction gives you the chance to help East Tennessee women in need with the touch of a button. In 2022, we exceeded our goal and raised nearly $23,000. Some of our favorite items people casted bids on include: a Pat Summit signed basketball, a meal with Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs, a Volunteer Princess Sightseeing Sunset Cruise, tickets to Soaky Mountain Water Park and a Josh Heupel signed football. Come back soon to learn when this year’s auction begins.

Sara Johnson Memorial His and Hers Bass Tournament

The Sara Johnson Memorial His & Hers Bass Tournament is an exhilarating day filled with catching fish for a good cause. Last year, the tournament raised more than $3,700, a big thanks in part to Adam Wilson Realty. We had winners earn up to $1,000. For anglers of all ages, it’s something to try! Check back to read when this year’s event will be held.

Hot to Trot Running Races
Thanksgiving Day in front of Fleet Feet Knoxville in Turkey Creek
Fleet Feet Knoxville is hosting fun run, 5K and 10K running races with proceeds to support Hand UP for Women. The annual event has helped the non-profit since 2013. Ten thousand dollars raised from race costs will go to help more women overcome addiction, abuse, and despair to transform their lives. We’ll have details about this year’s races closer to race day.
