Our goal is to bring each participant to a place where, at the end of this course, others describe her as “a strong woman who is also a lady.”

Anyone can find a job, but building a career is totally different.  The Career Building class is structured to help each person discover their ability to live a life filled with hope and a sense of purpose.  We work on overcoming personal problems, developing a positive self-image, and achieving goals that lead to feelings of accomplishment.  In doing this, it also helps students to understand God’s purpose for their lives.

“Why learn to manage my money? I don’t have much of it anyway.”  Sounds reasonable, but it’s not.  You will learn how to take back the control of your money. You’ll learn skills that will help you right now and prepare you for a successful financial future: budgeting, banking, credit repair, etc. Imagine what can happen when you begin spending your money wisely.

This course is designed to take each participant from sitting down at a computer for the very first time to being able to operate in today’s office environment.
